We’re a six-person Canadian startup team based in Toronto, Ontario. RepairMatch’s mission is to reduce the hassle involved with finding, scheduling and pricing everyday auto repairs and services.
Our research estimates that every year in North America, over a billion dollar’s worth of car damage is ignored, neglected or put off by car owners. Often because of all the stress related to getting it done. Meanwhile, thousands of repair shops suffer from idle bays that could be taking care of these everyday issues for a fair price.
We want to use the magic of the Internet and technology to help bridge this gap!
Our beta product is live and functional: you can use it right now to request a service as a car owner or sign up as a repair shop. Any match notifications will be delivered by email. Nothing is set in stone unless both parties agree to a time and price.
We have a decent idea of what we need to do move past RepairMatch beta (e.g. better user dashboards), but we are especially hungry for user feedback. Your comments, suggestions and criticisms more than anything else will instruct us on what to prioritize, fix and change.
